Easter Raffle 2024 - T&Cs

 

Please read below the Terms & Conditions of entering the Handmade in Chiltern Easter Raffle 2024

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by Handmade in Chiltern.

Eligibility to enter

  1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and must live within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  3. A maximum of one entry per individual via Instagram is permitted
  4. A maximum of one entry for each purchased Easter Egg from Handmade in Chiltern in 2024 is permitted.
  5. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

  1. You will need to
    • follow our Instagram channel @handmadeinchiltern,
    • like the announcement post (pinned to our profile) and
    • comment that you want to enter the raffle (e.g. "I want a free egg", "I want to enter the raffle")
  2. If you have purchased an Easter Egg from Handmade in Chiltern in 2024, you can enter the raffle once for each purchased Easter Egg:
    • reply to your confirmation email and confirm that you want to enter the prize raffle.
  3. The prize draw will include all signed up before Tuesday, 26th March at 6pm (GMT). Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw. 

The prizes

  1. The first two entries drawn will receive a large Easter Egg in one of the designs (Oceanic Overture Egg or Phoenix Egg).
  2. The winner will be drawn at random.
  3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  4. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
  5. The decision of Handmade in Chiltern regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

Winner announcement

  1. The winner will be notified after 6pm on Tuesday, 26th March at 6pm (GMT) via Instagram and/or email.
  2. Handmade in Chiltern will attempt to contact the winner up to two times.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the communications notifying them of their win within 12 hours, they will lose their right to the prize, and Handmade in Chiltern reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner. (In order to ensure delivery before Easter Sunday, we will need to dispatch by Wednesday noon, hence the tight time window.)

Receipt of the prize

  1. The winner(s) will need to provide delivery details before Wednesday, 27th March at 11am (GMT) to ensure delivery before Easter Sunday.
  2. Postage will be covered by Handmade in Chiltern.

Data protection and publicity

  1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Handmade in Chiltern for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
  2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at hello@handmadeinchiltern.co.uk or
  3. The winner(s) agree(s) to the release of their Instagram handle(s) on our Instagram Channel in a Post announcing the winners.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Handmade in Chiltern does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or (not) being selected for a prize.

General

  1. Handmade in Chiltern reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
